Consumer and Community Engagement Framework
The framework includes the following principles of engagement:

It also sets out the supporting processes and structure for engaging with people.
Patient experience and consumer and community engagement strategy
The strategy provides guidance to achieve the following goals:
- promote consumer engagement as a key foundation of a person-centred care culture
- measure the patient experience and support patient experience improvements
- engage consumers in purposeful partnerships
- engage our communities in purposeful partnerships
- support consumers to understand their health journey and make informed health decisions.
