Follow the steps below to help you get to where you need to go.
These directions assume that you are starting inside the Main Hospital Building.
1. Navigate to Zone A
We've used signage and high contrast colours on the walls and at lifts to help you identify which zone you are in. Zone A is blue, and represents our beautiful waterways, rivers, and the beach.
If you are in Parking (P1), it may be faster to take the lift in the carpark to Level 0 (ground floor) and cross the road (Hollows Lane) to enter Emergency.
2. Move to Level 0 in Zone A
If you are already on level 0 please skip to step 3. Otherwise follow signs to Lift A (blue) and take the lift to Level 0.
Please note you can only move between zones A and B on levels 0 and 1, so make sure you are in the correct zone before using a lift.
3. Follow signs to Emergency
From the lift/entrance follow signs to find Emergency.
The emergency department is coloured red for quick recognition.

- have a chat to one of our friendly volunteers or staff members
- go to the front reception desk in the foyer of the hospital.
