Sunshine Coast Health and Country to Coast Queensland PHN (CCQ) recognise the value of working together to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in the Sunshine Coast region. There is a shared commitment to responsive service arrangements for communities, supported by clear and agreed governance.
This Protocol formalises and extends the ongoing commitment between Sunshine Coast Health and CCQ. Other organisations may join this collective effort over time. Together, Sunshine Coast Health, CCQ and any additional signatories are referred to as ‘the Parties’ or ‘the Collective’. This Protocol sets out the governance arrangements and processes that support joint work between Sunshine Coast Health and CCQ and enable effective collaboration with other Parties.
